Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex schedules, and arrange high-level meetings
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee office operations including inventory management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance
- Lead special projects requiring cross-departmental coordination
- Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in business administration
- Minimum 3 years of executive support experience in a corporate environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Advanced organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with office management software and digital calendars
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
