Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring a high standard of quality and accuracy.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including calls, emails, and visitors, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Organize and maintain office files and databases to ensure efficient information retrieval and data integrity.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the company professionally.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant in a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to use project management software or digital scheduling tools.
