Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data integrity
- Coordinate departmental meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and invoice processing
- Support special projects and events as needed by executive leadership
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience required
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
