Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations with precision
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and maintain detailed project tracking systems
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- Minimum 3 years of executive support or senior administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments
- Experience managing confidential information and sensitive documents
