- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and meetings, ensuring seamless execution
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage office operations including supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years supporting executive leadership in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with grace under pressure
