Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, directing them appropriately and managing the reception area to ensure it remains organized and presentable.
- Communication Hub: Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a friendly demeanor, transferring messages accurately and professionally.
- Administrative Support: Handle general office tasks including data entry, filing, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer Service: Assist clients with inquiries, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Mail & Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in business administration or office management is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
