Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area with a welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Perform basic data entry and office administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications
