- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar to optimize meeting times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries efficiently.
- Support the office team with various ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
