Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and professional correspondence.
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval.
- Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and general office administration duties.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Prepare weekly summaries and presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
