Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform basic data entry tasks and maintain accurate filing systems.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory (we train!) for entry-level candidates.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
