- Phone Management: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and transfer calls.
- Mail & Packages: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Schedule Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus, but we train enthusiastic beginners.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends if needed.
