Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks, maintaining database accuracy and confidentiality.
- Answer and redirect incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Process incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the digital calendar.
- Generate and format reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Fast typing speed (40+ WPM) with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a busy, fast-paced office setting.
