Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, direct inquiries appropriately, and manage the main switchboard with efficiency.
- Data Entry Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain accurate records in our CRM and database systems; verify data integrity on a daily basis.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, prepare meeting packages, and assist with basic scheduling and calendar management.
- Customer Relations: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors via phone and email, ensuring a positive experience.
- Office Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and common spaces.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software quickly.
- Typing Skills: Strong typing ability (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or data entry role is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.
