Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate department in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, maintaining digital and physical records with high precision.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and route calls efficiently to the right extensions.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
- Assist with general office duties including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite experience is a plus).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35 WPM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation (optional but preferred).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
