Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, answer multi-line phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Accurate Data Entry: Input and update customer and client information into our database with 100% accuracy and speed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for invoices, contracts, and client records.
- Communication: Draft and send professional emails, schedule appointments, and handle incoming mail.
- Inventory Support: Assist with basic office supply inventory and ordering as needed.
- General Admin: Perform light errands and support other departments as requested.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or data entry role is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate with no prior experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn internal software quickly.
- Typing Speed: Demonstrated ability to type 40+ words per minute with high accuracy.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, professional phone etiquette, and a positive attitude.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and ensure data integrity in all tasks.
