Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain data into various CRM and database systems with a focus on speed and zero error rates.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and digitize physical and electronic documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Communication Support: Manage incoming emails and inquiries during the night shift, escalating urgent matters to on-call management as needed.
- Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on data entry metrics and operational performance.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor office supplies and inventory levels during off-hours and initiate reordering processes to ensure continuity.
- General Admin: Perform light reception duties, answer phones, and assist with any night-specific operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative assistance, data entry, or office support.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with data entry software.
- Typing Speed: High typing speed (45+ WPM) and accuracy.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to detect errors in data and procedures.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
