Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks into our CRM and spreadsheets.
- Greet visitors and maintain a professional front-desk appearance.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and document management.
- Update and maintain employee and client records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
