Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Visitors: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, clients, and job applicants.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain the reception area, manage mail, and handle package deliveries.
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings and appointments, including setting up conference rooms.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update information into our CRM and internal databases.
- Office Support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and photocopying.
- Customer Service: Answer inquiries via email and in-person, directing them to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
