Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call screening, visitor registration, and package handling
- Coordinate multi-departmental scheduling and calendar management using Microsoft Outlook
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation
- Oversee office supply inventory and coordinate vendor relationships
- Support meeting coordination including conference room setup and A/V equipment management
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and security protocols for office access
- Assist with onboarding processes for new employees and orientation materials
Qualifications
