Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system, professionally route calls, and take accurate messages
- Welcoming and greeting all visitors with exceptional customer service
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital filing systems
- Assist with office supply inventory management and procurement
- Support mail processing and distribution (incoming/outgoing)
- Collaborate with administrative team on special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
