We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This role offers the flexibility to work 25 hours per week while supporting our Dallas office operations. Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and distribute professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Support event planning and meeting coordination for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support or office management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
