Responsibilities
- Manage the Front Desk: Greet visitors warmly, manage the switchboard, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments with efficiency and poise.
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and coordinate internal and external appointments with precision.
- Communication Hub: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and email correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records and databases.
- Office Operations: Monitor inventory levels for office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure the office is always stocked.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role (1-2 years preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone manner.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
