Responsibilities
- Manage professional reception area including call screening, mail handling, and visitor coordination
- Maintain executive calendars and coordinate complex meeting schedules
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain digital filing systems
- Assist with new employee onboarding and office supply inventory
- Support administrative functions including data entry and document preparation
- Coordinate vendor relationships and service maintenance requests
- Uphold company standards for professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
