Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting clients, answering multi-line phones, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate visitor appointments and maintain a welcoming reception area
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support office operations by managing meeting room bookings and office supplies
- Collaborate with administrative team on special projects and events
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and company information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 0-2 years of professional receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
