Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call screening and visitor greeting
- Coordinate multi-line phone system with exceptional customer service
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Schedule and maintain conference room bookings and calendars
- Assist with basic administrative tasks: data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support HR department with new employee onboarding coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
