- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members or take detailed messages.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries promptly.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining the office calendar to prevent conflicts.
- Order and restock office supplies, ensuring the workspace remains clean and fully equipped.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and preparing correspondence.
Qualifications
