Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the Albuquerque office.
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal staff.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
- Assist in the organization of company events and team building activities.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and employees.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
