Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events using digital calendars and scheduling software.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and general documentation for executive leadership.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and cost-effective procurement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area.
- Support the administrative team with data entry, filing, and document management to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as expense reports, invoice processing, and bank deposits.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous internship experience or a demonstrated interest in administrative work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.

- Reliable transportation and availability for occasional on-site meetings or client visits.
