Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors and clients with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in preparing meeting rooms and ensuring office supplies are well-stocked.
- Support the team with scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with processing invoices.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous office or customer service experience is a plus but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
