Responsibilities
- General Reception: Greet visitors warmly, manage the front desk, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls professionally, take accurate messages, and route calls efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and copying documents to maintain organized records.
- Scheduling: Help manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings.
- Office Management: Monitor office supplies, restock break rooms, and handle basic courier and mail services.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to clients and internal stakeholders via email and in-person.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
