- Meeting Support: Schedule appointments, book meeting rooms, and prepare agendas and presentation materials for team meetings.
- Reception Duties: Greet visitors warmly, manage the front desk, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Inventory Management: Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining a well-stocked pantry and workstations.
Qualifications
