Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call handling, visitor greeting, and mail processing
- Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and logistics for team meetings and events
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure document accuracy across departments
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, expense reports, and invoice processing
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new hires and maintaining personnel records
- Collaborate with Illinois-based teams on cross-office administrative projects
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) for daily tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
