Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
- Greet and direct visitors, answer multi-line phones, and provide general information to callers.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, invoices, and meeting agendas.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and in person with a professional demeanor.
- Support the administrative team with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Ensure the reception area and common office spaces are organized and tidy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM) and accuracy in data processing.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
