Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into various databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of speed and precision.
- Proofread documents and data entries for errors, ensuring all information is consistent and error-free.
- Sort, file, and maintain physical and digital records, ensuring easy retrieval for the team.
- Assist with general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing incoming correspondence.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends or discrepancies that require attention.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office workflows and improve data management processes.
- Prepare routine reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35 WPM).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable internet connection for remote or hybrid tasks (if applicable).
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
