Job Summary
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company’s information. You will be responsible for transferring information from physical documents into digital systems, ensuring data quality, and supporting our administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Input & Update Data: Accurately enter and update customer information, product details, and other relevant data into our secure database systems.
- Verify Accuracy: Review and cross-reference data to ensure high levels of precision and detect any discrepancies.
- File Management: Organize, maintain, and file both digital and physical records in an efficient and retrievable manner.
- Communication: Assist the administrative team by answering phones, responding to emails, and relaying important information.
- Quality Control: Perform regular checks on entered data to ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
