Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain data into our CRM and Excel spreadsheets with a focus on high-speed typing and zero errors.
- Organize and digitize physical records, ensuring all files are easily retrievable and properly labeled.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the front desk reception area.
- Prepare and proofread internal correspondence, emails, and reports.
- Conduct basic research to assist management with project data gathering.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and submit reorder requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Basic typing speed of 35-45 WPM required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
