As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our data integrity and ensuring smooth office workflows.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and client information into our secure database systems.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry, ensuring all data is complete and accurate.
- Generate regular reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to track key performance indicators.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as mail sorting, scanning, and inventory management.
- Proofread data entries to identify and correct errors before final submission.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel (formulas and formatting).
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access (if working remotely or hybrid).
