Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries for department heads.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, invoices, and reports.
- Answer and direct phone calls, screen visitors, and handle general inquiries with professionalism.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with project coordination and special administrative projects as needed.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
