Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments professionally.
- Greet visitors warmly and maintain a welcoming reception area.
- Assist in filing, scanning, and organizing physical and digital documents.
- Perform basic data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the team with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Prepare simple correspondence and memos using office software.
- Run errands and assist with general office logistics as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Currently enrolled in high school or a recent graduate.
- Familiarity with computers and basic software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation to and from our office in Center City.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
