Responsibilities
- General Office Support: Provide comprehensive support to management and staff by handling various personal and administrative projects.
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage the executive calendar to ensure optimal time management.
- Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external inquiries, routing messages and responding to requests in a timely manner.
- Data Entry & Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems, including data entry and database management.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and arrange conference rooms for internal and client meetings.
- Vendor Relations: Assist in ordering office supplies and managing relationships with service providers.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and interact professionally with all levels of staff.
