- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule appointments.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
