Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, copying, and scanning.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous administrative or office support experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
