- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, including room setups and agenda preparation.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and generating routine reports using Microsoft Office.
- Correspondence: Prepare internal and external correspondence, memos, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Research: Conduct research and gather information to assist senior staff in decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone manner.
