Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the daily schedule of department heads, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming communications, including email correspondence and phone calls, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications
