Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management staff.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and email inquiries.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships.
- Support the onboarding process for new team members.

Qualifications
