Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate complex calendars, book meeting rooms, and prepare detailed agendas for executive meetings.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and update databases to ensure information integrity.
- Office Operations: Manage inventory of office supplies, process incoming and outgoing mail, and assist with expense reports and basic accounting tasks.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
