Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with office supply inventory and vendor management.
- Provide general support to visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A valid driver's license is recommended.
