Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the front desk reception area to ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all guests and clients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email correspondence, phone calls, and mail distribution with efficiency and courtesy.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing necessary meeting materials and agendas.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, maintaining both digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Order and maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and troubleshoot basic office equipment issues.
- Support the management team with various administrative projects, report preparation, and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant coursework is a plus.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with basic computer navigation.
