Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for internal meetings and client events
- Handle incoming communications, including screening calls, routing inquiries, and drafting professional correspondence
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts, reports, and confidential documents
- Assist with onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and equipment setup
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and presentation decks
- Support departmental projects with data entry, report compilation, and presentation formatting
- Coordinate office inventory management and vendor relationships for supplies
Qualifications
