Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for department meetings
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents and correspondence
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for records and reports
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Support event planning and logistics for client meetings and company functions
- Assist with basic data entry and report compilation using Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
